By accessing and using Pym ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Pym provides international money transfer services, enabling users to send funds from the United States to India. The Service includes currency conversion, payment processing, and fund delivery to recipient bank accounts.
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
All transfer fees and exchange rates are disclosed before you confirm a transaction. Once a transfer is confirmed and payment is processed, it may not be reversible. Exchange rates are subject to market fluctuations and are locked at the time of transaction confirmation.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations.
Pym shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
