Pym partners with multiple licensed third-party service providers to facilitate payments, currency conversion, and fund transfers on behalf of its users.

Payment Services

Card payments and ACH bank transfers are processed by Stripe, Inc. Wire deposit services are facilitated through Mercury, a financial technology company, with banking services provided by its partner banks (members FDIC). Pym does not hold customer funds in deposit accounts.

Stablecoin Corridor Services

For certain deposit and currency conversion transactions, Pym may utilize stablecoin corridors provided by Bridge (a Stripe company) and its licensed third-party service providers. For these transactions, Pym acts solely as an intermediary to relay your payment instructions to regulated third-party entities. Pym does not at any time receive, hold, or transmit stablecoins or digital assets on your behalf — all digital asset movements are handled by licensed third-party service providers.

Cryptocurrency-to-fiat conversions are executed through licensed digital asset exchanges.
